For this reason, the Mushrooms worked by us are carefully selected at the moment of provisioning and carefully preserved at our warehouse until they are ready to be manufactured. In July 2005 Bruschi Borgotaro Srl obtained the Quality Certificate UNI EN 9001:2000

     

Professional nature: The Mushrooms are selected almost entirely by hand. From the mixing to the sorting, from the packaging to the packing, the product is handled by highly qualified and expert staff . This is because the particularity of the raw material requires great expertise and attention which can only be acquired in time and cannot be improvised.
